Porter
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, building common areas, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential properties and leads by example in exhibiting attributes that support NOVO's code of ethics of professionalism by positively representing yourself and NOVO in written and verbal interactions with customers, clients, colleagues, and management.

What you?ll do
- Responsible for upkeep of grounds (no landscaping), amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
- Removes trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis
- Monitors property trash for pick-up.
- Assists in the preparation of market ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Performs assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Assists in the cleaning of available apartments and/or models.
- Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
- Represents the community in a professional manner at all times-on/off property.
- Delivers communication documentation to residents.
- Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
- May need to travel between properties on occasion
- Performs all other duties as required and assigned.
- The employee regularly uses hands to type, write and manipulate equipment. This is a largely mobile role that requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. This role frequently requires climbing and working from a ladder. The employee is regularly required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Hours for this position are typically Monday ? Friday 8:30am ? 5:00pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Physical presence at properties is required to perform the duties of this position.
