- Position: 2nd shift Inventory General warehouse clerk
- Shift: 3pm-12pm Monday-Friday
- Pay: $19.25 per hour.

***Inventory Control Role***
Looking for an individual with a great attitude that is a team player and safety focused. This individual should also be able to adapt to changing daily priorities while maintaining their quality of work.
- Accurate scanning to stock parts after receipt
- Accurately re-stock inventory
- Assist in quantity/part discrepancies
- Assist with cycle count process
- Assist with part verification for buyback material requests
- Orchestrate recovery efforts for missing material
- Responsible for accurately conducting location changes movement requests
- Responsible for accurately moving stock material
- Responsible for reporting on MIA inventory as directed by Management
- Work closely with Operations Supervisors
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management
Individual should have the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and able to lift up to 30lbs.
Role Purpose:
Sub-Contract Support position will serve the PWCS sales staff by providing the most up-to-date information on parts that are out for repair. The associate will accomplish this by contacting vendors on a daily basis, calling or emailing the PWCS sales staff, and updating part information in PWCS’ Eagle system.
Key Accountabilities:

Monitors cores as they move through repair process, providing updates and support to sales department.

Expedites parts at repair per requests from sales department.

Generates effective correspondence and telephone contacts with vendors.

Obtains timely core dispositions.

Performs quarterly vendor reconciliations and addresses parts at repair > 90 days monthly.

Ensures accurate delivery dates from vendors.
-
Ensures vendors respond within 7 days for warranty conclusion.

Obtains status reports from vendors and updates EAGLE.
-
Resolves component tag discrepancies within 7 days.
-
Monitors marginal and scrap cores. MG dispositions resolved within 30 days. SC cores returned within 3 days.

Resolves non conforming part issues relating to documentation and/or certification.

Coordinates drop shipments to customer.

Ensures drop shipped parts are received into EAGLE system properly and shipped with proper documentation.
Required Education and Experience:
