Candidates must have call center management experience and knowledge in our core products. These products are windows, roofing, Hvac, coolife/texcote, and insulation. as well as experience working with a auto dialing system.
This is a outbound call center and requires cold calling.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
1. Strong leadership skills and proven experience leading and managing a team of around 10+ call center agents.
2. Train, motivate and inspire employees to achieve peak performance.
3. Inject a sense of fun and energy into the workplace to foster a positive and productive environment.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in reading of scripts to insure consistency.
5. Issue leads and appointments to sales reps and be in constant communication with them daily as well as take dispositions on the outcome of each lead.
6. Be on time and run morning meetings.
7. Lead the recruitment and hiring of new employee's, conduct interviews and develop strategies to find talented individuals.
We pay hourly + commissions + Bonuses + spiff's and have Monthly Contests.
Work Hours: Mon-Thur 11am-8pm & Sat 9am-4:30pm
Days Off: Friday & Sunday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
