We’re looking for an experienced, empathetic, and proactive leader to join our opening team as a FUN and inspiring team leader and manager. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and great at streamlining systems. We seek the following in our GM, who we hope will become a part of the Mint family!
- Empathetic and thoughtful: you have excellent communication and listening skills, particularly with customers, wholesale vendors, and your Team. You are committed to communicating clearly with Mint Leadership, voicing any concerns and feedback from customer communications and from the Team.
- Willing and ready to get their hands dirty, and enter into the work with the understanding that this is a brand new business concept opening for the first time- be prepared to problem solve!
- Ready to grow: you are looking to join a brand with goals to grow and expand, and would like to be a part of that journey
- Knowledgeable about local food/seasonality
Prior Work Experience
- 2+ years of Management experience leading hospitality or food and beverage teams in high-paced environments required
- Prior cooking, culinary, serving and/or bartending experience strongly preferred
