Job Summary: Circadia is seeking a personable and highly motivated Client Care Representative to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong understanding of our products and services. The Client Care Representative will report directly to the Client Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about Circadia’s products and services, assisting clients in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
- Resolve client issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process client orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Circadia’s product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Document client interactions and issues in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
- Assist in maintaining the client care database, updating client information as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide feedback on client needs and preferences.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client care role, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft and customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Must be able to climb stairs to get around the building
- Must be able to sit for eight hours a day
- Must be able to work without a support animal
