1 - year of recruiting Aviation experience preferred but not required.
- The applicant must have a high degree of accuracy, possess basic computer skills, and be familiar with programs such as MS Office, MS Word and Excel.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently without full time supervision.
- Candidate must be highly motivated, intelligent team player.
- Candidate must be detail oriented.
- This position is fast paced and require several hours of phone work each day sourcing aircraft maintenance specialists.
- Good verbal skills and phone manner is required to be successful.
- Must be comfortable making outgoing cold calls.
Essential duties
- Search, screen and submit new candidates using internal and external sources.
- Make cold call to prospective candidates.
- Track new hires using web based programs and our local database.
- Update candidate tracking system daily.
- Update customer representatives on employee mobilization status.
- Advise responsible manager/supervisor on issues relating to recruiting.
- Assist with administrative office functions as required.
- Some travel to industry conventions and/or job fairs may be required.
