PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for managing all activities in relation to training, value analysis and customer support of all products/services offered by the Company within a defined geography or designated accounts.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts

Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geography

Collaborates with CTM’s within each territory

Participates in negotiations with key accounts

Forecasts sales, monitors economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth

Has responsibility for some service activities

Collaborates internally with the team to continually strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationships

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategies

Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and by participating in professional societies

Meets or exceeds set expectations

Travel up to 60%
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BA in business (or related discipline)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5 years of related experience
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Current knowledge of products/services, industry, customers and competition. Management experience and interpersonal skills are important.
