- HOURS: 6am-12/1pm. Hours vary on hotel occupancy. Weekend availability required.
- Properly stock and re-fill dining area with food, beverages, and dining accessories. We serve hot items such as eggs, bacon and sausage prepared in commercial microwave.
- Ensure that all side work and cleaning duties are completed satisfactorily.
- Keep dining area neat and clean.
- Greet arriving guests in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome
- Ensure that the guest receives immediate and proper attention.
- Circulate throughout the dining room periodically and ensure the presence of a high quality dining area.
- Ask departing guests if food and service were satisfactory and invite guests to come back again.
- Clean up after breakfast hours. Restock/circulate food as needed to prepare for next day.
- Wash all dishes in commercial grade 3 basin sink.
- sweep and mop floors.
- Must be able to stand and walk for entirety of shift.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, squat.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs.
