Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Reconstruction Project Manager to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration project management, with the ability to write accurate estimates and oversee the execution of jobs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate Writing: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for restoration projects, including scope of work, materials, labor, and costs.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Job Management: Oversee all phases of restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Sub-contractor Management: Select, manage, and evaluate sub-contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Client Interaction: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- Documentation: Keep thorough and accurate records of project details, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final reports.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle efficiently and effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management.
- Proficient in writing detailed and accurate estimates using industry-standard software including, but not limited to Xactimate.
- Strong understanding of restoration processes and industry standards.
- Knowledge of DASH software is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing and evaluating sub-contractors.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
