You will have a positive impact on our participants in a relaxed environment, and our shifts run Monday-Friday, leaving your evening and weekends free! Our RNs:

Address and document client health care needs and changes in condition through assessments, treatments, and interventions to meet WAC guidelines and Full Life Care policies.
- Communicate client health information and care needs to team members, caregivers, and providers.
- Provide health care expertise during team discussions and care planning.
- Monitor and document client progress toward service goals and adjust services as needed.
- Maintain safe and clean environment and apply universal precautions and other measure to prevent the spread of illness.
- Maintain client confidentiality per HIPPA requirements.
- Maintain and order health care supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed!

Must be licensed in state as a Registered Nurse and have one or more years of experience in a health or social services setting.
- Be a graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Have knowledge of DSHS regulations.
- Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with hub team members and external constituents.
