We are looking for the right Finance Manager to build on top of our already successful Finance/Sales departments.
Duties include:
- Maximize gross profit via a 10 product catalog that also benefits customer retention along with bank reserve.
- Optimizing Sales to Business Office transfer for billing with efficiency and timeliness.
- For individual deal structures, provide guidance and secure approvals from one of our banks.
- Nothing but top-notch customer satisfaction needed up to the close of every business transaction.
- Ensuring bank funding in a timely fashion once the customer closing has been complete. Being able to E-Contract at 100% penetration is critical.
- Being an integral part of the Sales Management staff via constant communication to ensure maximum revenue, customer satisfaction, portfolio health and promote Sales Department health/morale.
Qualifications Needed:
- Previous successful F&I experience necessary.
- Previous Automotive Sales Experience necessary.
- Strong deal closing capability is a must.
