About Us:
Rehabilitative Health Services was established in August of 1998 and is in its 25th year. We are a comprehensive agency serving an estimated 1500 clients at any time. RHS holds CLIA and PCMH certifications aimed at enhancing the standard of care provided to our patients. Currently, we accept most major private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Optum, Magellan, and True Blue/Blue Cross. We also offer a private pay/sliding scale fee for the service program. RHS is an approved site for the National Health Service Corporation.
Responsibilities include:
· Conducting patient assessments and examinations
· Diagnosing and implementing treatment plans
· Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
· Providing patient education and counseling
· Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals
· Maintaining accurate patient records
· Providing some psychiatric medication management.
Requirements:
· Certification as a Physician Assistant
· Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
· Proficiency in pharmacology and experience prescribing medications
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
· Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
· Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
