Job Description: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health and education, with a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with schools, understanding their fundraising needs, and presenting our unique solutions that help raise funds while empowering parents with mental health resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Outreach and Engagement:
- Identify and reach out to potential school clients through various channels (emails, calls, social media).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parent-teacher associations.
2. Needs Assessment:
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand each school's specific fundraising goals and the mental health needs of their parent community.
- Customize presentations and proposals to align with the identified needs of each school and their parent body.
3. Product Presentation and Demonstration:
- Present and demonstrate our fundraising solutions and parent mental health resources to school decision-makers.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
4. Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and agreements.
- Track and report on sales metrics and progress using CRM software.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Communicate feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement.
6. Follow-Up and Support:
- Provide ongoing support to schools post-sale to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
7. Networking and Events:
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our solutions and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and mental health.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or mental health sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about mental health and education.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
