We are currently seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team on our night shift. In this role, you will monitor the production, quality, and efficiency in our Mailing and Commingle departments.

Pay: $26 to $28 per hour plus a shift differential
Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees throughout the shift

Monitor all jobs for production, quality, and efficiency

Assist with the scheduling and staffing requirements

Provide training and guidance for all employees

Perform standard work audits

Investigate production issues
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience in a production environment.

Mailing or commercial printing experience is a plus

Working knowledge of mailing inserting equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude

Good organization and communication skills

Adaptability to working with a team or on your own

Stay-On Bonus amount is based on experience. Paid out in three installments at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment at Japs-Olson.
