Understanding and addressing each student's distinct needs is at the core of what we do. Your empathetic approach and customized support will play a crucial role. Collaborating closely with a dynamic team, you'll form strong connections with educators, families, and fellow clinicians, ensuring that every student receives the personalized attention they deserve to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students with varying disabilities.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the school.
- Administer and interpret speech and language evaluations to assess students' needs.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions via VocoVision's teletherapy platform, utilizing diverse materials and testing stimuli.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's).
- Personal Professional Liability Insurance.
- Prior experience with teletherapy preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in schools.
