Overview:
The Senior ServiceNow Developer is a key member of the ServiceNow implementation project team and is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements. The Senior ServiceNow Developer works as a team member along with the Project Manager, Technical Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer.
Hybrid = Individuals in this position may work both at an approved off-site location and onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customers, Project Managers, Technical Architects and supporting team members to deliver
complete solutions. -
Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to design, configuration, integration, testing,
change management, deployment and release. -
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application, ensuring instance health by working with the
team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices. -
Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow processes and workflows.

Recommend and facilitate enhancements to ServiceNow focusing on automation and additional self-service
features and functions. -
Partner directly with end users to resolve support issues; identifies root causes of issues and assists with end
user communications and knowledge bases. -
Facilitate workshops and consult with stakeholders to understand and document their business needs, processes
and requirements. -
Create technical design documentation to represent business requirements.

Builds/creates ServiceNow reports and dashboards; conducts analysis of issues, identifies trends and provides
recommendations to management for ongoing process improvements. -
Provide mentoring/coaching to peers on system configuration and potential enhancements.

Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts to automate tasks.

Design, configure/build integrations with external platforms
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent, with 5 additional years of experienceas a ServiceNow Developer. OR Bachelor’s Degree
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- Five (5) years of experience experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Five (5) years of experience developing and delivering Service Now solutions across all workflows

Three (3) years of experience building integrations/API's with third party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, Active Directory, UKG, Dell, ERP Platform etc).

3 years of experience building integrations/API's with third party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, Active Directory, UKG, Dell, ERP Platform etc).

3 years of experience facilitating client-facing workshops and training.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

3 years experience working with ITIL/ITSM processes

2 years experience of subject matter expertise within multiple areas of Service Now specialization.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (SAM, HAM, ITSM, SPM, or ITOM) Upon Hire (Required)

ITIL Foundation – IT Service Management Within 6 months (Required)
