A very busy personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced paralegal to handle Interpleaders and Minor’s Comp cases. A minimum of five (5) years of experience is preferred.
You must be able to prepare, file and properly serve Interpleader complaints and Minor’s Comp Petitions and handle them through completion.
This is an in-person position working at our downtown law office.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- • Prepare and E-File Interpleader Complaints
- • Prepare and E-file Minor’s Comp Petitions
- • Serving the Interpleader Complaints
- • Preparing and sending certified mail as required
- • Calendaring all hearings for Interpleaders & Minor’s Comps cases
- • Keep the clients up-to-date on progress of their case
