Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist position will involve responsibilities for both Legal Resources and Attorney Live. This role provides content creation, marketing, design, and administrative support to our Client Services, Sales staff, Creative Director, and other Department Heads across both companies.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, and have a strong attention to detail, with experience in social media campaigns, design, digital marketing, and marketing administration. We are looking for someone with an adaptable disposition who excels at taking initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative, team atmosphere.
In this role, your primary focus will be to provide comprehensive marketing support for the Client Services, Sales staff, and various Department Heads through campaigns, marketing collateral, and other promotional materials. You will contribute to the execution of monthly newsletters, client materials, and social media campaigns, as well as assist with marketing projects, annual internal events, and employee communication in collaboration with the Legal Resources Marketing Specialist and Attorney Live Creative Director.
Areas of Contribution for Legal Resources:
- Manage Marketing supply inventory and coordinate with team for orders.
- Maintain Marketing room cleanliness, stock, and organization.
- Create give-away marketing baskets as requested by Field team for client benefit events.
- Fulfill ‘Marketing Requests’ by customizing marketing templates for each client’s annual Open Enrollment.
- Assist in development, preparation, execution, and analysis of Member, Attorney, and Client Email Surveys
- Design, develop, and update content for use across different platforms, including but not limited to: PowerPoint presentations, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, email campaigns, newsletters, marketing content, and internal announcements.
- Provide monthly reporting on Google Analytics, LinkedIn, & Facebook traffic.
- Assist department heads on special projects and events (holiday ecards, gifts, meetings, etc.), as needed.
- Provide design support and marketing materials for product lines to improve current member retention.
- Maintain and ensure company-wide compliance of branding standards and updates.
- Maintain an impeccable eye for detail to ensure all materials, printed, digital, or email, are grammatically correct, properly spelled, informationally accurate, and comply with branding colors and standards.
Areas of Contribution for Attorney Live:
- Manage the marketing supply inventory and coordinate with the Creative Director on orders for upcoming events.
- Assist with coordination and management of holiday gift distribution for the attorney network.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop engaging content for online advertisements.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of nationwide email campaigns targeting attorneys (B2B) and app users (B2C).
- Assist in the production of engaging social media content, including graphics and videos.
Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Social media expertise (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Proficient in Constant Contact
- Experience in Windows: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- WordPress and content management
- Mailchimp knowledge a plus
- Experience in Canva a plus
- Experience in Google Ads is a plus
- Working in a professional and collaborative environment
Education:
- Associate Degree in Design or Marketing or Equivalent professional experience is required
