Job Title: Financial Advisor Assistant
Job Overview: Our team at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network is looking to add a Client Service Associate to our busy team. Your job, as a Client Service Associate, is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients, building client relationships, and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. The Client Service Associate position demands a person with a very professional demeanor who enjoys and excels at multi-tasking, is a very effective problem-solver and an optimistic, can-do team player. - Collect appropriate documentation to set up new accounts.
- Leverage various communication channels to keep in touch with clients.
- Process account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation.
- Direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team member.
- Provide general administrative assistance including filing, copying and typing correspondence.
- Maintain Office Email, Calendar (set and confirm appointments) for the Advisors.
- Strict adherence to client confidentiality policies and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2– 5 years of client service experience in the financial industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree recommended.
