We are currently seeking an experienced financial administrative assistant/receptionist. The candidate must be flexible, detailed and organized to meet the demands of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition, impeccable organizational skills and prior experience in an assistant role.
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
- Arrange schedules for meeting space and conference rooms.
- Update staff calendars and organize schedules.
- Opportunities for Social Media Management for the Business Podcast
- Type documents, drafts, and reports.
Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- Securities Licensing or Prior Industry experience preferred for top end of wage range and bonus opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent’; associate’s or bachelor’s degree optional.
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field.
- Strong phone skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.'
