Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and possess excellent communication skills in English. Experience with Salesforce or other sales platforms is desirable.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Prior experience in outbound calling and market research is advantageous
