About the Role
We’re looking for a CNC Machinist – a person who will be a vital member of our production team and who will ensure products conform to customer specifications.
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer requirements and ensure they are met
- Setup and run CNC mills and/or lathes
- Monitor assigned machines and make necessary adjustments to continue producing high quality components
- Inspect and ensure finished components meet or exceed internal and external requirements assuring the process has been completed properly
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs
- Run multiple machines concurrently (multitasking is a standard expectation)
Qualifications / Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
- Ability to maintain high standards while being time conscious
- Eager to multitask
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Experience setting up CNC machines is preferred
- Ability to program CNC machines is a plus
- Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Experience with standard measuring equipment and manual CMMs
- Verifiable work experience
