```Duties```
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs as necessary
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments and assist with communication between healthcare providers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for individuals
```Qualifications```
- Experience in providing direct care or support to individuals in a healthcare or home care setting
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
- Familiarity with taking vital signs and basic medical procedures
- Ability to work with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude
