Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your primary goal will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and help them make informed decisions about their energy needs. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets - Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals - Meet with customers to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions - Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact - Prepare and present proposals that outline the system design, financial analysis, and return on investment - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and incentives to effectively communicate value proposition to customers Qualifications: - Proven experience in solar sales or a related field - Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and industry trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Demonstrated leadership skills in driving sales initiatives - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission.
