Position Summary:
Deblin Health Concepts & Associates, LLC, actively hiring PRN Contract RN for Acute Day Rehab Program
The Registered Nurse (RN) promotes and restores a patient’s health by completing the nursing process, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients. Responsible for coordinating client services and for providing direct skilled care to clients at the Acute Day Program. Follows plans of care and communicates significant clinical findings and changes to the DON and physician. Documents in an accurate and timely manner and submits documentation within agency guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of an approved Nursing School OR Bachelor’s Degree in a Behavioral Science (preferred)

Current RN License (Texas)
Work Experience

1-3 years’ experience is preferred.

Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

20% Managing Equipment & Supplies

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
10% Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops; reviewing profession publications; establishing networks; participating in professional societies.
5% Other duties as assigned/required.
