The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs across all locations within the organization. The primary goal will be to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while helping to foster a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.

Essential Functions:
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Develop and implement division wide EHS strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
· Stay abreast of relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure compliance across all divisions and locations.
· Identify potential hazards and risks within the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
· Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs and policies.
· Help locations with environmental compliance reporting and record keeping
· Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Establish procedures for reporting and investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses. Ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
· Implement systems to monitor and measure EHS performance metrics and track progress towards goals.
· Develop and manage the divisional EHS budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support EHS initiatives.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
· Represent the organization in interactions with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and other external stakeholders on EHS matters.
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in EHS performance and processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
· Additional safety certifications (CSP, etc.) are preferred.
· EPE/EPD/OSHA training certifications preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management, with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
· In-depth knowledge of relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO).
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve EHS goals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs and initiatives.
· Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
· Ability to travel (~60% of the time) to divisional locations as frequently as needed to achieve goals – locations in Bellevue, OH, Cordele/Baxley, GA, Punxsutawney, PA and Jacksonville, FL. Ideal candidate would be located in the Southeast.
