We are hiring! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. You will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring accurate hotel accounting of guest transactions, billing and hotel revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions: Accurately handle financial transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and balance revenue and expense accounts.
Room Reservations: Assist guests with making reservations, including answering inquiries about rates, availability, and amenities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., property management systems).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during nighttime hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
