You are:
A Client Partner that will assume leadership for a key Life Science account. You will balance business development and sales responsibilities including identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will also work with and leverage a top-notch client management and consulting team. You are responsible for all client interfaces and new business development.
The Opportunity:
- Develop and manage client relationships on projects across stakeholders in Boston, New Jersey, and Philadelphia
- Manage key client stakeholder relationships and communications at all project stages. Orchestrate and lead steering committee meetings and other workshops.
- Work with a global Life sciences client to grow the accounts, set strategy and goals, and then prioritize the team’s workflow
- Work with clients and delivery leads to scope the work, develop proposals, and ensure client buy-in and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage P&L for the accounts with an offshore delivery leader and run the business profitably ensuring customer satisfaction
- Contribute to business development through pre-sales client presentations, research, and writing proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs working with service lines, delivery head, and the practice head.
- Walk the halls. Facilitate complex meetings, presentations, and workshops to build client commitment to the change.
- Stay current with regulations, trends, and technologies influencing Life Sciences in general
- Help build, lead, and develop a team of onshore/offshore consultants.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant years of experience in place of degree
- At least 10 years’ experience in Life sciences industry as a client partner in a delivery oversight and consulting role and a minimum 5 years of Laboratory Information Management Systems experience.
- Extensive experience working in an on/offshore model
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: Boston, MA
Compensation Range: $144,000-216,000
