Support the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process
Generate detailed budget reports encompassing funding and activity summaries for various stakeholders, including the customer's offices, component, and NIP programs
Analyze financial data calls and perform complex portfolio reviews; Develop and evaluate fiscal program builds
Provide expert insights to the analysis and reporting of a component’s financial activities and budget
Develop spend plans, track spending and execution, document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with programmatic goals and optimal resource utilization
Conduct comprehensive assessments of the budget, ensuring balance across various functions and disciplines
Devise effective methods to track spending, execution, commitments, obligations, and expenses
Provide dedicated support to COTRs and the Chief of Staff, aiding in the execution of their requirements and addressing process-related inquiries
Develop briefs, products, and directed reports pertaining to budgets
Assist the Sponsor in drafting and refining ODNI acquisition policies and instructions
Develop financial standard operating procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
TS/SCI with CI Poly
Bachelor’s degree with 15+years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 13+years of prior relevant experience
Minimum of 7-10 years working in government budgeting
Experience with IPPBE processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
