Sales-Marketing Support
Job purpose:
Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; to include creating marketing materials, managing projects, while ensuring Company messages remain consistent.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.

Take photos of all current products and prototypes, edit, and distribute them as needed.

Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.

Update social media outreach.
-
Deliver content via Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail.

Maintain products on Company’s webpage and update testimonials and product information as needed.
-
Run budget analysis and horizontal reports on a monthly and quarterly basis as requested.

Organize biannual sales conference by ordering materials, planning, ordering clothing and/or marketing items/spiffs.

Research and find promotional items/materials needed for sales conferences, food shows, and promotions, creating marketing material as needed.

Coordinate and deliver email campaigns.

Create brochures and sales sheets.
-
Develop marketing communications campaigns.
-
Research and create new recipes and ideas using Company’s products for recipes of the month and relative holiday recipes.

Create social media content, proposals, and digital/print ads.

Research media coverage and industry trends.
-
Improve communication efficiencies within Company.
-
Fill out and provide New Item Forms and customer information, as needed, for new customers or products.

Provide information and forms for all upcoming promotions.

Keep track of food show events as well as provide documentation for registration and reservations.

Create and design labels, banners, signage, as well as other advertisement needs.

Maintain and upkeep maintenance for Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) databases including present and future products for the Company.

Maintain and upkeep materials for Retail Link (Walmart) products.

Maintain weekly price points and send out price listings. Keep point of contact listings up to date.

Provide support to the Sales Department and assist Sales Admin Assistant as needed.

Assist in filtering and hiring candidates needed for demo positions.

Other assignments as directed by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of web development, marketing, digital content, and social media marketing.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Photo Shop, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics.

Experience with all social media platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Must have flexibility with work schedule.

Ability to work in a busy office setting while remaining friendly and professional.
The right person for this position will be an excellent communicator, personable, very well organized, and will have exceptional multi-tasking skills.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Marketing experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting in an office environment.

Must be able to lift/carry up to 20 pounds at times.

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the facility.
