Genesis is a fast growing, dynamic operation that specializes in professional Automotive, Commercial, and Residential Window Tinting. We have two locations in the Greater Sacramento Area. We are Sacramento County's largest window tinting operation with more locations opening. We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist with Administration Assistant experience to join our team.
The Front Desk Receptionist role is vital to the success of our company as you are Genesis' first official representative. You not only present the face of Genesis, but also the voice of Genesis when you greet and answer phone calls. The job description will include a variety of assignments and duties, however, the greatest role is to courteously interact with and welcome customers and prospective customers. Hence, we are looking for a candidate that can deliver the type of customer service experience that makes people leave our store with a smile.
The ideal candidate must be professional, possess excellent communications skills, display poise in high pressure situations and be VERY detail oriented. We need someone with an EXCELLENT memory who can juggle a wide range of activities of various frequency. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping a friendly, pleasant demeanor with in-store clients and answering phones politely. While we are willing to train, you should be able to quickly understand the nature of the industry, handle difficult and unusual situations with confidence and diplomacy. This person is a team player, who takes pride in his/her work and is a dedicated employee. Must have "can do" attitude and bring positive energy to the office on a daily basis.
This position is full-time. You must be punctual and have reliable transportation.

General Purpose
Support daily operations of company by performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for management to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls on multi-line phone
- Provide price quotes for all services offered via email, phone or in-store
- Prepare and submit bids for commercial and residential jobs
- Booking appointments and maintaining schedule
- Coordinating daily workload by actively working with store manager to schedule work in most efficient manner
- Check customers in and out of store
- Collect payment for work completed including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain appearance of storefront, lobby, back office, and bathrooms
- Respond to emails
- Create, maintain, and modify spreadsheets and documents on Google Drive, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
- Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain film and office supply inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
- General front and back office duties
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in busy front office role
- High School Graduate, two year degree or formal vocational school is a plus
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Microsoft Word, Excel - required, Google Drive Documents and Spreadsheets
- Strong knowledge of Social Media and Internet - required
- Working knowledge of Google Apps and Quickbooks is a plus
- You must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
