Blackhawk Country Club is seeking a Golf Outside Services Representative to join our team. The Golf Outside Services Representative will play an integral part in providing the highest quality service to our members and their guests. As the Golf Outside Services Representative, you will play an integral part of our golf operations team, the Outside Service/Cart Staff and our Practice Facility with TrackMan Technology team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide excellent hospitality by greeting each member and guest by name in a polite, friendly manner.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts and equipment.

Monitor cart areas for any safety hazards or maintenance issues.

Assist members and guests with their carts and bags.
-
Assist with clearing chipping green and cleaning and setting up the driving range.

Clean members and guests’ golf clubs after the round and take to the car or bag drop.

Previous golf outside services experience in high-end resorts or golf clubs preferred.

General knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette preferred.
