Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal Account Management, Production and Sales teams, and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and other account information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Support internal teams in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner with minimal mistakes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and publishing is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong team support skills
- Proficient in data entry and able to analyze customer information effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
