Job Summary:
The Commercial Roofing Sales Consultant is responsible for responding promptly to all provided client inquiries, as well as building a robust pipeline of lead volume through networking and cultivating business relationships, creating client referral opportunities plus direct field marketing initiatives, serving the Northern Colorado commercial communities. All of this activity, in concert with following the LION Roofing and Gutter sales model, will lead a successful candidate to achieve sales targets, all while delivering the highest LION tradition of superior customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Beyond the provided clients, prospect and qualify new clients via networking activities, direct field marketing efforts to build a healthy pipeline required to achieve all sales targets.
- Actively manage, predict, and report weekly pipeline pace to achieve all weekly sales targets.
- Acquire proficiency in product knowledge for both roofing and gutter systems so that the clients needs are met to Lion standards of product and service excellence.
- Gain proficiency in all related software, forms and paperwork required to build and gain customers, manage pipeline, interact with commercial property owners, real estate groups, insurance carriers and financial institutions.

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
