Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Financial Manager with managing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Support the Financial Manager in recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate interviews, onboarding new hires, payroll setup and processing, and ensuring HR policy compliance.
- Actively participate in office management, handling a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and prepare meeting schedules for NBGI and NBGI Foundation staff.
- Manage office equipment and supplies, including ordering new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve clerical issues and improve administrative processes.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a mid-level administrative and accounting support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with business software products like Google Workspace, Office 365, web searching, and a quick study with new software needs and implementations.
- Familiar with WordPress website management, along with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Familiarity with operating office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.
- Strong ability to manage, balance, and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment and think creatively to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills and highly self-motivated in managing communication channels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain systems that others can easily use.

Hiring salary range: $41,600-$45,760 annually – based on qualifications and experience, 5% raise/year pending performance.
