Industrial CNC Machine Operator (CNC Operator) - Second Shift
As a CNC Operator at Karbon Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate production of plasma cut parts per the specifications and requirements of the shop cut list or traveler. The CNC Operator is also responsible for error-free processing of each order, and for completing the necessary paperwork and computer data entries associated with the CNC Production Process.
Karbon Manufacturing primarily utilizes machines from Voortman (voortman.net), as well as EMI (emiworks.com).
A successful CNC Operator must be an organized individual with excellent people skills and pride in both their work and workspace. This position requires the ability to operate machines at a high level, while maintaining strict safety levels and strict quality standards.

A CNC Operator at Karbon Manufacturing is required to perform the following duties:
As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the CNC Operator. These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.
- Operate, maintain, clean, setup, load, and unload the CNC machine
- Effectively and efficiently carry out production process
- Receive cut list from production lead
- Pull, and load material
- Set up machine and run job
- Inspect products
- Clean, label, and stage finished parts
- Offload scrap or stock and return any materials as needed
- Process job though the system and maintain an organized, clean work area
- Verify quality to ensure the product meets the customer’s specifications
- Regularly clean and maintain equipment and machinery
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machine functions
- Understand Karbon Manufacturing's objectives and mission
- Practice a willingness to learn production and distribution methodology
- Adhere to all Karbon Manufacturing's safety rules, regulations, quality standards and procedures
- Keep immediate work area clean and organized throughout the day
- Cross-train other team members as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain a minimum of absences and tardiness
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure that Karbon Manufacturing is a positive environment to work in, free of unnecessary conflicts and issues.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
