**Job Summary:** Warwick Seattle Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) to join our team. The DOSM will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and brand awareness for the hotel. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets - Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance goals are met - Cultivate relationships with key clients, industry partners, and local organizations to drive business opportunities - Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional activities - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and consistent brand messaging **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or marketing role within the hospitality industry - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools - Knowledge of revenue management principles and market analysis techniques Join Warwick Seattle Hotel as our DOSM and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving business success.
