Summary:
The Regional Refrigerated and Freezer Facilities Director is responsible for the operations of two separate refrigerated and freezer facilities within the FW Logistics network. This individual will work closely with facility managers at each location to ensure the facilities run efficiently and meet all operational goals and standards while achieving desired financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the two facilities to ensure they operate efficiently and profitably.
2. Collaborate with facility managers to develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures that will achieve the desired results.
3. Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company safety standards.
5. Manage the budget and expenses for both facilities, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. Oversee facility equipment and infrastructure maintenance and repair to ensure mal functionality.
7. Coordinate with other departments within the organization to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns related to the two facilities.
9. Provide guidance and support to facility managers and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve operations and performance continuously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
