Primarily, you will underwrite (analyze bank/credit card statements, analyze tax returns, research, analyze credit reports, conduct client interviews, review stipulations, etc.)

Extraordinary computer skills to monitor the underwriting departments deal flow and third-party workflow, as well as evaluating client applications.

Excellent judgment to consider and evaluate risk factors in each submission reviewed

Adaptable. You can adapt to change and ensure you are using the correct tools given. (templates, calculator, chain of command.)

Ensure all posted offers follow Lendr’s underwriting guidelines and prepare and scrub files for funding

Performing extensive due diligence searches on each client submission that is eligible for an offer, including lien searches, landlord verifications, order credit reports, and background searches

Prepare contracts, split agreements, and filing UCC’s.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Microsoft Office, Adobe, and electronic docu-sign skills are a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
