Position Summary
Assisting AGM and GM with operations, while ensuring safety and sanitation standards for all FOH staff and guests.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are as follows: Opening restaurant and closing restaurant without supervision. Supporting the GM & AGM in daily operations and duties. Continually ensuring guest receive a WOW experience. Assuming 100% responsibility for quality of products served. Maintaining a clean restaurant. Ensuring food is cooked and delivered within 12 minutes for lunch and 16 minutes for dinner. Processing incoming payments/discounts via P.O.S. systems and applying the upmost courtesy to our guests. Ability to work and oversee all tables proficiently. Assisting with FOH operations (closing, cutting employees) in the event a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager are absent. Operating and maintaining clean tables and eating utensils for our guests. Following all health and safety guidelines. Being aware of safety and sanitation to maintain a clean and stocked restaurant. Assisting dinning room personnel with seating, and guests concerns when needed. Assist in training of new employees. Being able and knowledgeable to do a walk through with the local Health Department inspector or Everclean Inspector.
Job Requirements

Must have a current Food Handlers Safety Card or equivalent depending on region.

Ability to perform quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a server, host and bartending role

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel

Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds

Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours in hot, wet, humid and loud environments

Compliance to any reasonable request by management
