We are hiring an Audio / Video (A/V) Deployment Manager to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A/V technology, A/V installation, light construction, and project management, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions for our government clients. As an A/V Installation & Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of government, on-site, A/V systems from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Manage the end-to-end deployment of A/V broadcast systems, including building, scheduling, and coordinating resources, and on-site service calls.

Manage installation team.

Work closely with government clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Installation Techs, and others to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of A/V installations

Prepare and maintain project documentation, project wrap-up sheets, schedules, and training documentation.

Ensure all installations meet industry standards and regulations.

Provide training and support to clients on the use of A/V systems.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the A/V industry.

This position works either on-site at our Dallas, TX office, or at client & customer locations doing installs throughout northern Texas

Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.

Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
$50,000 - $65,000 a year
Salary range varies depending on candidate experience, qualifications and location, and internal equity based delta.
