We are currently seeking a positive, outgoing, organized and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Customer Experience Assistant!
This role is responsible for supporting our Marketing and Customer Experience Department.
Essential Functions:
· Assisting with Maika'i program elements and handling customer and store inquiries related to Foodland's Maika'i program
· Maintaining various customer service and marketing reports
· Assisting with promotions, advertising and digital marketing initiatives
· Tracking and reporting program results
· Preparing and distributing materials
· Executing general administrative tasks
· Providing overall support to the marketing and customer experience departments
Skills/Ability:
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
· Outstanding customer service skills
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, or related experience, preferred.
· Prior administrative/office assistance experience preferred
