Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and supervise front desk staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the front desk operations
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Train, schedule, and mentor front desk staff
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs
- Manage room inventory and reservations efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and reservation software
- Ability to perform night audit duties is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
