An Executive Assistant/Operations Manager is needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Agent in Boca Raton, FL! With the help of this individual running the operations side of the business, the Agent can focus on helping clients with their real estate needs. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of helping people and is always willing to go above and beyond with a positive, team-focused attitude.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in real estate and operations. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and be willing to do whatever it takes to deliver a five-star customer experience. The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 Plus Bonus Potential
Responsibilities:

Manage ALL Business Operations in order for your agent to focus on Sales Production

Build, implement, and manage all systems that operate the business.

Assist as needed in documenting the systems

Oversees all contracts through closing and transaction management

Owns and executes all marketing and client events

Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards

Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment

Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members
