Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our Construction Materials Testing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in compiling materials inspection reports. Input employee job tracking and tasks into shift schedule for billing.
- Compiling Employee timesheets and processing per project.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Maintain meeting minutes and tasks for this specific office location.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in schedule management and event planning
- Familiarity with basic computer programs such as excel, adobe, word etc.
