Outbound Call Center Agent- Part Time
Outbound call center agents are responsible for making outbound calls to potential prospects or existing guests.
The purpose of these calls may include cold calling, extending offers, providing information for upcoming events,
making reservations, and providing proactive customer service.
On a daily basis, outbound customer service representatives interact with customers.
They identify the customer's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
An outbound call is an outgoing call made by a call center agent to a prospect to generate or excel their interest in our company's product.
Agents who make the outbound calls are usually sales or customer service representatives.
This is an on-site position.
Some casino gaming knowledge is required.
