Job summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling high-cost medications to healthcare professionals and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Must have experience in one of these specialties: Rare Diseases, Oncology, and Genetics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to achieve company objectives
- Promote medicines and new treatments for healthcare professionals in the designated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Provide product information and make product presentations to healthcare professionals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to stay up to date on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
- Strong sales, customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Excellent leadership and organization skills
- Proficiency in technical sales tools and Microsoft Word
Preferred skills:
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage

Pay: $127,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
