Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining customer relationships with the intention of creating long-term relationships.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Answer all inbound phone calls and respond appropriately to all emails received from customers.
- Maintain and create new customer relationships by following up with customers when necessary; answering questions or concerns; and or providing information regarding products, pricing, and other aspects of the business.
- Manage customer accounts in order to meet company goals for productivity, customer retention, and call volume.
- Accurately process orders and provide accurate information to co-workers, management, and customers.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Other duties as assigned.

Payroll Information & Amounts:
For all pay amounts below you are guaranteed weekly set hours and overtime.
Commissions are on top of monthly pay and can be anywhere from $300 - $2000 on top of your monthly pay.
- $2,800 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – No Experience. Approximately $11.44 an hour and $17.16 overtime.
- $3,000 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – Limited Lines License. Approximately $12.25 an hour and $18.37 overtime.
- $3,200 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – P&C License. Approximately $13.07 an hour and $19.60 overtime.
You will also receive commissions on top of these amounts.

Business Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 9am to 7pm
- Saturday - 10am to 5pm
- Sunday - OFF
You also get 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening required.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with heavy volume of calls.
- Must be good under pressure and be able to problem solve.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be computer savvy (Print, Copy, Scan, Search Desktop)
- Previously experience in customer service or other related fields preferred, but not required.
