Description
Residential Elevators, Inc. is seeking a strong Professional to serve in the vital role of Customer Service Representative. This person will daily provide excellent support for internal and external customers, as well as assist with the review and revision of daily schedules of service technicians.
Duties
- Effectively and positively respond to primarily telephone inquiries and complaints.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers via telephone and email.
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs.
- Assist with managing schedules of service technicians.
- Assist in planning/implementing department goals and make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be customer oriented, with proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a Team player with the ability to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Must be Proactive, Reliable, Highly Organized and Self-Driven
- Must be able to complete tasks and follow up in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be Computer Literate, (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRMs)
- Must have a Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, (i.e. Call Center, Face-to-face, etc.)
- Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week (with possibility of a Saturday shift)
- Scheduling experience preferred.
- Account Management experience preferred.
