Ultrasound Technologist
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will assist the Director, Medical Director and Physicist in directing all aspects of care provided by the Medical Imaging Department. What You Will Do in This Role:
* You will be responsible for all aspects of care including but not limited to; procedures, treatments, quality improvement, quality control and other related duties.
* You will produce two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by Physician in diagnostic of disease.
* You will study the malfunction of organs by performing the above listed duties.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
* Graduate from an accredited ARRT program or Ultrasound Program is required.
* RDMS or ARRT(S) registered or Registry Eligible or must obtain initial registry within six months of hire date is required.
* Two years experience in a hospital-imaging department is preferred.
* American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
